Description
Product Introduction
The characteristic of heavy-duty steel grating is that the grating needs to have a large load capacity, and heavy-duty steel grating also needs to have impact resistance. For heavy-duty steel grating with driving loads, to provide better friction, we recommend using toothed grating plates, which can provide better friction. It is a product in places with heavy loads and a large number of vehicles. The use of pressure lock manufacturing method is good, which can effectively prevent the tilting and instability of the load-bearing flat steel. Avoid deformation of flat steel under load.
For heavy-duty steel gratings with driving loads, in order to provide better friction, we recommend using toothed steel gratings. Both welded steel gratings and locked steel gratings can use toothed flat steel
Structural Features】
Heavy duty steel grating, also known as heavy-duty grating, is a type of grating product specially developed for special load-bearing occasions. The structural characteristics of heavy-duty steel grating: steel grating with a bearing width of 65mm or more and a bearing thickness of 6mm or more; Horizontal bars are usually made of flat steel or steel bars with a diameter of 10mm or 12mm; The spacing between flat bars is generally 40mm, and the spacing between horizontal bars is generally 50mm or 100mm. The particularity of heavy-duty steel grating: Due to the particularity of heavy-duty steel grating, we generally recommend that customers inform us of their load requirements and support conditions, and we will choose the economically reasonable specifications for them. The spacing between flat bars is generally 30mm, and the spacing between horizontal bars can be either 50mm or 100mm.
Product Application】
Heavy load steel grating is specially designed and manufactured for situations that require heavy loads, suitable for airports, highways, industrial platforms, ports and other special needs.
【Manufacturing Technique
Heavy steel grating can be divided into: heavy pressure welded grating and heavy pressure locked grating according to production technology. Pressure welded grating plate is made by connecting twisted square steel and large-sized load-bearing flat steel through high temperature and high pressure using pressure welding technology to form a permanent connection. To achieve better lateral (width direction of the grating plate) load-bearing capacity, it is generally recommended to use edge banding plates at both ends of the grating plate. Heavy steel grating is mainly used in platforms with special load-bearing requirements such as airports, highways, industrial platforms, ports and docks.
