Description
Product Introduction
Stainless steel grating is made of stainless steel, but it does not require anti-corrosion treatment such as spray painting or hot-dip galvanizing. Instead, it requires surface polishing to remove welding slag or scars left during the spot welding process. Stainless steel grating platforms have been applied in various factories and engineering projects both domestically and internationally. There are usually two production methods, one is a combination of stainless steel flat steel and stainless steel round steel spot welding production; Two types of stainless steel flat steel and stainless steel flat steel plug-in production. Has strong anti-corrosion performance, clean appearance, and ideal decorative effect.
Product Features】
1. Material saving: a way to save materials under phase loading conditions, which can correspondingly reduce the material of the supporting structure.
2. Easy construction: Use bolts or steel grating to install clamps on pre installed supports, which can be completed by one person.
3. Time saving: The product does not require on-site reprocessing and is installed quickly.
4. Durable: Before leaving the factory, it has undergone acid or polishing anti-corrosion treatment, with strong resistance to impact and heavy pressure.
5. Modern style: Beautiful appearance, standardized design, ventilated and transparent, giving people a smooth overall modern feeling.
6. Lightweight structure: With fewer materials, the structure is light and easy to lift.
7. Anti fouling: It does not accumulate rainwater, ice, snow, and dust, and also has anti slip properties.
8. Easy to design: No need for small supporting beams, simple structure, and simplified design; No need to design detailed steel grating drawings, only indicate the model, and the factory can design layout drawings on behalf of the customer.
Product Application】
Stainless steel grating is used in environments with high anti-corrosion requirements, such as power plants, chemical plants, refineries, steel plants, machinery manufacturing plants, shipyards, paper mills, cement plants, pharmaceuticals, food processing plants, bridge engineering, municipal engineering projects, sewage treatment, etc.
Surface Treatment
Surface treatment of stainless steel grating: acid washing and electrochemical polishing.
a. After pickling and passivation, the surface appears matte gray white.
b. Electrochemical polishing, with a shiny surface and high smoothness.
c. The finished product undergoes heating and polishing treatment, followed by electrochemical polishing and chrome plating to achieve a mirror effect.
