This garden bench adopts hot-dip molding. Hot dip molding is to spray plastic powder evenly on the metal to form a layer of plastic film by heating the metal, or heat the plastic dipping liquid into the metal parts to make it cool, and then the plastic is coated on the metal surface. This process is widely used because it has the characteristics of no need of mould, easy forming and can process various shapes.
The dipping thickness is about 0.5-1.0 mm, which can prevent the patio steel bench from rusting in the outdoor for about 10 years.
The length can be customized for 2 seater or 3 seater.Color can be customized black, blue, green, red and other conventional colors.
